| Charging Jacket - S365 |
|
What is It?The Charging Jacket is a reliable way to charge TXV systems in cold weather. Normally low temperatures remove too much heat from the condenser coils, so HVACR professionals should only work on TXV systems when the outside air temperature is 70°F or higher. Now, the new Fieldpiece Charging Jacket solves that problem, and TXV systems can be accurately charged down to 37°F outside. It's the perfect tool to dramatically extend the hours in a day, and the days in a year, where techs can install, service, and charge TXV systems. How Does it Work?Made from parachute-grade material, the Charging Jacket is attached to the top of a split TXV system with hooks, so that the air inlet is not restricted. Then the unit is turned on the the jacket puffs up from the air being forced out The top is then adjusted with a drawstring until the proper pressure differential is reached between the high and low side (between 160psi and 220psi for R410A; and between 100psi and 145psi for R22). Once the systems stabilizes for 15 minutes at the correct pressure differential, the system is ready to be charged. Features and BenefitsFieldpiece knows how busy HVACR pros are in the summer. So we made this tool so HVACR professionals could spread their work out into the spring and fall. That way it's easier to focus on emergency calls and installations.

Digital Manifolds - SMAN2 & SMAN3 The new SMAN2 and SMAN3 digital manifolds make it easy for HVAC/R techs to quickly optimize the performance of air conditioners and refrigeration systems. It measures pressures, vacuum in microns and wet and dry bulb temperatures to automatically calculate TARGET superheat. Plus the micron alarm and timer, and easy two-point pressure calibration make this manifold like no other on the market. |

Wireless HVAC Guide® System Analyzer - HG3 The Wireless HVAC Guide® System Analyzer, model HG3 and ET2W Wireless Transmitter turn any Fieldpiece Accessory Head into a wireless device. The new HG3 makes it easy to accurately diagnosis a system because up to 13 measurements can be taken simultaneously to give you real-time data. Tests include: Target Evaporator Exit Temperature (delta T, evaporator drop, drop across the coil), Target Superheat, Superheat, Subcooling, Combustion Analysis and the CheckMe!® test. In addition, the HG3 includes automatic calculation of CFM tests for up to 13 grilles, and data logging for up to 13 parameters. Read More... |
